On success Sunday this week, we celebrate Lisa Joyce who co-founded Kidunk in 2017 to make “kid-proof” all weather clothing for one to eight-year-olds. A clothing designer based in Kendal, Lisa worked with childcare experts Tina and Phill Knight to develop the brand and created a patented product with the Kidunk playsuit. The clothes are now used by loyal customers from Japan to Norway, with Lisa full of plans to expand the business and its range. The new collection ‘Fellside’ -inspired by the Cumbrian landscape launches next week. Lisa says: “My family spend loads of time outside and so it’s always been really important to clothe our children in the best kit to help them enjoy the experience. I started Kidunk to make the kind of clothes I wanted my children to wear. It just goes to show that often the best business ideas come from personal experience.”#Entrepreneurs #Creative #TEGCumbria ... See MoreSee Less
